Basically I got a paraphernalia citation about 2 weeks ago. I attempted to bribe the mailman and its looking more and more like my parents are not going to find out so I will end up handling court without them. I'm getting clean right now and I need to know some things about court. My date is June 17th and is a clear day for me. I was wondering if anybody could tell me about what I need to do. Since this is my first offense I was looking to use my prayer for judgement and just get it off my record. Anybody have any insight for me? I figure need to go down there sometime before my court date and get an appointed lawyer so I can use that option. Also, anybody know how talking to he DA works or if this type of situation could be dropped anyways? Alright so thanks in advance for all the knowledge you all will be dropping on me(if anybody responds).
maybe you should ask your LAWYER these things not a forum where most of the people are 14year old pot heads lol
well a lot of people on here have been in similar or worse situations so I thought I'd try. Thanks though. Although I have to tell you I was a pretty smart 14 year old so I would trust them. Im just looking for advice not like a rock-solid action plan.
