Hemroids can be caused by hard stools(your waste) so it's recommended that you drink more water to soften your stools and avoid sitting on the toilet for longer than 8 minutes because sitting on the toilet too long puts pressure on the anus area contributing to hemroids,so wear a watch next time :)

but anyway yeh ive had really good bowls and all of a sudden i get a haemorrhoid.

    What causes hemorrhoids?
One of the main things that can lead to hemorrhoids is straining when you're trying to have a bowel movement. This may happen if you're constipated or if you have diarrhea. It may also happen if you sit on the toilet too long. When you sit on the toilet, your anus relaxes. The veins in your anus then fill with blood, which puts pressure on those veins.

I read that constipation has more to do with the hardness of your stools more than how often you have bowel movements, so that's why it's recommended that people drink more water to soften the stools along with not staying on the toilet too long.

Usually surgery is not required. They don't really go away, but the inflammation goes down dramatically, rendering them insignificant. At least, that is what I think. . .

Increase fluids, as previously recommended, and if hard stool is common for you, start taking some fiber supplements, and a stool softener too if needed.

To treat the itching and inflammation of the hemorrhoids (<---- this is the correct spelling!) buy some Anusol-HC 1% hydrocortisone ointment and Nupercainal 1% ointment. Mix the two together in your hand, about half and half, and apply every 4 to 6 hours as needed. Tucks pads are also helpful.

I would get generic of all the products I reccomended.

As far as treating hemorrhoids, I've found ice packs to be effective. After all, ice is good for swelling in general. Apply ice pack for about 10 minutes.

i really im having a lot of confustion and frustration and angst in this situation.

what does it mean theyll never go away? ive had this thing for 2 weeks now, someteims its tiny or not even visible, someteims its huge.

i just want to be able to sit on a seat normally wihtout worrying about irritating the huge vein on my ass.

i want to be able to wipe my arse wihtout carefully avoiding a sensitive bit

i want to be allowed to have hard stools caus i dont mind having a nice sit and push. in fact i enjoy doing a shit most of the time. though lately ive been keeping them as soft aspossible with lolts of fibre and psyllium husk and fruit and juice.
still my favourite shit is diarreah...

it even gets in the way of fuckin orgasm because that involves a lot of involuntary ass-tensing.

ive been using cream but as far as ive gathered, all cream does is get rid of the pain. i dont even WANT to get rid of the pain because the pain lets me know if im treating it right nor not.

i WANT to get rid of the fucking hemmeroid.

" A cool compress or ice pack to reduce swelling is also recommended (the ice pack should be wrapped in a cloth or towel to prevent direct contact with the skin)."

You could put the ice in a plastic bag. I think that would be better than cloth.

This sounds funny, but a bag of frozen peas works well for that. Ice, or an ice pack, is too bulky for that area.

I've never tried ice, but commercial, over-the-counter, meds work well. Never got as far as to consider surgery. I guess I got them both from straining & sitting on the loo for a long time (once a month when I have cramps!). Never really knew that sitting on the loo when not straining could still be a problem...
