Does anyone know if Echincea and Goldenseal have any toxicity / interactions with other herbs?

no but both shouldnt be overused like they usualy are, its best to use em for 7-10 days i think it is then if need be switch to a different antibiotic herb for a week before switching back if needed otherwise they lose theyre effectiveness
but i dont know of any dangerouse interactions with other herbs but if youd like, list the other herbs your taking & i can do lil research (is tomoro ok? havent slept in days)

    The only thing I warn...

Echinacea is a plant and if you have allergies and you take it, it can cause heart palpitations-I experience it all the time, which is why i take it before bed

echinacea is probably something to take in very small quantities, probably in something like the lozenge form they come in now, the pills i find too strong - stomach ache. nowdays i find it does nothing for me.
