Here's Another Stoner Story

Circa 1969. Me and 4 of my friends are sitting crosslegged in a circle on the floor smoking pot. We're talking about going to the store for soda's & snacks.
My friend Dennis turns to me and says "Hey ranger do you have the 5 bux you owe me?"
I say "oh yeah, here" and hand him a fiver.
Then Fred says "Hey Dennis before you put that away you owe me 5." So Dennis hands it to Fred.
Daryll says "hey Fred what about that 5 bux you owe me for that half oz. last week" and Fred hands the five to Daryll.
Then Bruce (the same Bruce from my earlier stoner story) says "Don't forget you owe me five bux from when we went to the Dodger game."
And Daryll hands the five to Bruce.
Well it just so happened that Bruce owed me 5 bux. I remind him and he hands me the 5.
So this same 5 dollar bill goes around the circle, wipes out 5 debts and it's back in my pocket.
I thought it was very cool.
