Yes, Herman Cain, like most of the other GOP candidates for president is a joke. Pandering to the "wingnut" faction, presenting overly simplistic "plans" to fix the economy (9-9-9 is just one example), and demonstrating a lack of understanding about foreign policy will, I believe, be the ultimate downfall of whomever gets the nomination.
