I was just thinking about the fabrics I used..

The lining of the back pocket and the applique were done in the great leafy print that I got from supermommy all the way from Cali..sent in a care package

The brown velour (straps and flap) came from Missouri..this older woman bought it in the early 70's and never used a bit of it. I got it off her thru ebay

The green canvas (body of bag) came from a thrift shop here on our island. It was a piece just big enough to make this bag. I had no leftovers at all.

Kinda neat, eh? I love fabric.

 

that is cool. my bag's already got history. and i guarantee you, taking that bag to pennsic and carrying it around will surely get some business pointed your way.
