I was walking to class today, and I was daydreaming, totally zoned out, and I fuckin' walked right into some wet cement, which surprised the hell out of me. I just stopped and grabbed my head and was like "FUUUUUUUUCK!" Then I was just like "fuck it" and just walked through it and got the hell out of there. The guys pouring the cement were like "Awe what are you doing!?!" Then another guy is like "There's our future..." I felt like such an idiot, but it was funny as hell. Then I went down to the river to wash my shoes, most of it came off. Then I realized my shoes were soaking wet and cold and I had to walk back to my room... So it's like 26 degrees outside with the wind chill and I had to walk barefoot. What a day... Unfortunately, this is the only pair of shoes I own, so right now I'm waiting for them to dry so I can go smoke a bowl and reflect upon what just happened to me. All the people who saw me do it probably got a pretty good laugh out of it though, so atleast some people got some enoyment out of it.
That would so happen to me, in fact I think it already has. Im way too distracted, I just said "Im sorry, sorry, sorry", like a million times and then my brother started telling me how much of an idiot I am and how I need to pay attention. I guess sometimes I can be one, but coming from the person that spends his days asking me all kinds of questions and asking for my help with the most random things, it was hard to get offended. I know Im very distracted, but is that bad? Im not entirely convinced of it
this all happens becuase we are all stoners and we have no brain cells left after acid shrooms and weed. hahaha
I've never done this exactly, but I'm no stranger to wet feet. I wore sandals today and yesterday. It's cold and rainy here.
I remember walking right into a creek one time. Haha when I think about all the things I've walked into I freak myself out when driving, I keep telling myself FUUUCk im gonna hit something one of these days. Then, I just realize shit happens and try my best not to kill someone. I wouldnt worry about it too much, the workers will porbably get paid overtime and Im sure alot people thought it was funny
oh man, thats funny. cement is heavy on the shoe hahahahahaha i was walking home with this guy once, him on the sidewalk, me on the road. (i lived in a skrait residential area with barely any traffic ever). He walked right into the cement, and I laughed for what i thought was days. oh my
when i was about 12 i was chasing my cat with one of those nerf guns, and ran right into the glass sliding door, got knocked out cold.
hahaha thats kinda random... seeing as this was about cement. once when i was about 9, i was gonna go outside, pushed on the glass. BAM my hand goes right through it and boy did i lose some blood
When I was a little kid, I was deathly afraid of bees, and one was chasing me, and I ran right through the screen door, luckily the glass door was slid open...
I did a similar thing with a bike a few months back. I waas speeding along, and by the time I realized there was wet cement ahead, I didnt have time to stop, so i just went straight though it. Its there own damn fault though, as it was in the OP's case. Who dosent put up a cone or catuion tape, or somthing to that effect when they are laying cement. Anyway, the funny part was, the guys didnt even bother to fix it. I was walking by a few days later, and there was my bike track. It kindda looked cool, and its still there to this day. It makes me feel special lol.
i saw this and thought id post it.. good thing you didnt step in this doods concrete.. WATKINSVILLE, Ga. -- Authorities say one construction worker shot another in both legs after getting angry when the man stepped into wet concrete. Oconee County Sheriff Scott Berry says it happened this morning at a house under construction in a subdivision west of Watkinsville near Georgia Highway 53. The men involved were part of different work details working for contractors on the site. Berry says the suspect, a man in his 30s, fled toward Atlanta in a black Dodge pickup. Authorities did not immediately identify the suspect or the victim, who was taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Athens.
