Hippie Recipe

Here is a great recipe to make a wonderful Hippie, whether Christian flavored or a different flavor. But it makes a great Christian flavored one!

1 tongue, that does not slander
2 ears, closed to gossip
1 heart, generous and kind
1 mind, full of tolerance
1 dash of wit
1 dash of smiles
2 eyes, overlooking other folk's faults
2 hands, extended to help others
1 dash sunny disposition
1 dash cheerfulness

Blend all together, form into one being and serve a generous portions daily to everyone you meet!

Yup, that was neat. You forgot one ingredient though:
A butt that just won't quit.

 

nice, except I would change "2 eyes, overlooking other folk's faults" to "2 eyes, seeing and loving other folk's faults"

 

And I would change it to folks'.

Good recipe Bree but you should have included cooking instructions because even with the right ingredients you have to be careful or you can wind up with something half baked or completely fried.

 

LOL Only if you add a decent amount of pot to that recipe.

 

Fer real! Read the sermon on the mount... I forget exactly where it is but the thing is basically about love and all that. A lot of the people hippies look up to looked up to Jesus as well. Like Ghandi really looked up to Jesus...

That was the best recipe I have ever read!

 

Sounds like a drink most Christians could use, but of course, they practically fail to follow Jesus' teachings anyway. So maybe a potion would work.
