im sick of where i live and the people that have hurt me. i need to find a place to hide. i was thinkin about packing up books, clothes, and some food, oh and a big knife just incase ;) and hitchhiking to cali. i dont mind living on the streets and when i run out of food i can always steal some or bum money. im thinking about writing a book.

Next year, if you're still out on the road, you can crash at my friends and my apartment here in Ellensburg, Wa. It won't be much, but once we get the place good people are welcome for a bit!

well you dont want to steal, or carry too many books or clothes cus theyre heavey. bumin money aint the best idea either. but i think my longest hitchhike was for 2 years. so im all about that part of it. just keep in contact with your family.

yeah, it's a good site, there are some entrenched ideas, but most of them are good ones....

hey ashbury, i live in california, it's not safe here to hitchhike anymore. can you get enough together to take the bus? i'm serious there's some crazy ass people that live here anymore. i used to hitch all the time in the 70's but it was different days and different times.

I've heard Texas is a BAD place to hitch. It may not be true but I hear the cops are completely intollerant.

I was gonna suggest the same site, but I'm sordove hesitant to suggest that to a 15 year old. You have no idea what you could be doing to their lives you know, best to let them make their own choices and let them find their own path..or let their path find them, yknow?
