    This made me think. You know how religion is not supposed to be in most public schools. Also it shouldnt be connected to other things like that. But yet it is connected with something every american person has. Money. On it it says. In God we trust. And why would someone put that on money. The one thing that brings out the most evil in people.

    yeah. people are willing to pray for money. i think it's a superstitious thing, like the Just In Case plan, and "there are no atheists in foxholes." can't blame someone for hoping.

    America was supposivly founded on christianity, although the people who founded this country did it through numerous acts of cruelty. It's kinda like the paradox of our money, represents this country's founding and past.

    my husband has a silver certificate for $1 that does not say In God We Trust. it probably got on the dollar about the same time that the reference to God got into the pledge of allegiance.
