    This one is a crowd pleaser be you veggen or otherwise inclined.

    One Loaf of French Bread cut lenght wise in two pieces
    1 16oz jar or can of Tomato Sauce
    1 4oz jar or can of Tomato Paste
    1/4 C. Sweet Pepper
    1 C. Diced Zuccini
    1/4 C. Onion
    1/4 C. Black Olives
    1/2 C. Shredded White Cheese
    !/2 t. Basil
    1/2 t. Oregano
    1/4 t. Coarse Ground Black Pepper
    1 t. Sea Salt

    Toast bread and hull out center and cube. then set aside.

    Mix all other ingriedence in sauce pan (except the cheese), cover and simmer for 20 mins, stiring ocassionally.

    Fill hulled out bread with cooked mixture add meat(cooked) of choice if desired.
    Add the bread cubes on top, sprinkle with cheese.

    Place in a pre-heated oven @ 350 for 15 minutes and have at it. serves 4 to 6

    adding a nice green salad and a bottle of wine can make it into a pleasent get together with friend or family.

    This sounds reallllly good!
    I dont have an oven though.... :(
    Can it be done in the microwave or does the bread just get too hard?

    If you would wipe the bread with olive oil before microwaving I suppose it would work.
