Sup snackoids! I'm trying to invent a honey/fungal snack, like a bite sized hard candy type thing, but i don't know the mechanics of honey, especially how to harden it, preferably so it won't melt. I haven't had much luck with google, so I was hoping someone out there in hippy land might have a better clue. Thanks y'all!
