41 Degrees C today - I don't know what that is in Fahrenheit but its very hot. I have been driving around with no shirt on like a massive tool and have been going to the beach almost every day. I have been sleeping outside with the birds and lizards. Its really nice to feel the cool night breeze on your face and to laugh at the mosquitoes as they try unsuccessfully to eat you through the bug net. Its also nice to wake up to the sunrise. There are a lot of women around wearing barely any clothes and it is very distracting.

That is all. I normally hate summer, but I am trying to make the most of this one. I am quite happy in fact.

    How are all of you?

It never gets that hot in Santo Domingo and I used to complain about the heat, unless I was at the beach :p

At least you guys get a winter. We get months of shitty, wet weather where its too cold to do anything and yet it never snows or looks remotely beautiful. Then in summer we have no choice to jump in the sea and sleep outside because its too hot to do anything else. Also, if I am incredibly lucky, I might lay ONE of the women I see wearing barely any clothes, within the next five years.

    Don't feel down :)

I lived in the Scottish Highlands in mid-winter in an iron shed with nothing but a 10W heater that could only be left on for 5 minutes at a time. I have some idea of what its like to be really, really cold. But there generally was only one or two times when it was too cold or bilizzardy to go outside...it was very mild for the most part. Its all your own faults for living in places where humans shouldn't live.

It is gross wet and nasty here... but not too cold.
It may be a bit cold and wet tomorrow, then 90 degrees again.. yanno, enough to give you a weather related illness.
I hate the up and down bullshit. I would rather it be nasty hot and spend my time in the AC, or on the beach...
or COLD and spend my time in front of a fire with hot cocoa or playing in the snow.(not happening here- herre it gets randomly freezing a day or two mid winter ,I turn the heat on and wake up to a hot day and stuffy house.)

The jump from one form of temp to another is crap.

at least you get a summer!

we get rain in winter, maybe a few cold days where it gets below 0 deg c if the wind is blowing in the right direction. spring rain, rain & more rain, it may just sun shine long enough for the daphadills to pop up. summer rain, its warmer than the rest of the seasons, maybe reaching highs of 24 deg c if were lucky. the sun comes out round the end of may for a week, we all run out to catch a few rays & get burnt. it goes in again & rains for the rest of the summer. if were lucky the sun might make an apperance round begining of september after the festival season has finished. autumn is more rain!:(

i'd rather it be too hot to do owt, so hot you want to jump in the dirty north sea! i'd love it if was too hot that i hardly wore any clothes, infact i could go nude for the summer.
