So, who here (ladies and gentlemen) manages their facial hair? I like to have two eyebrows, but that's as far as I go with it. I also love a guy with a beard and bigger eyebrows. What do you do/prefer?
i'm a beard guy... i trim every now and then (only for performing reasons), but i have NEVER cut my beard fully off... i'm proud of it, and proud of anyone who dares to grow facial hair.
I pluck my eyebrows to shape them a bit...on a guy facial hair doesn't really bother me as long as it's maintained...I don't like longish beards. It helps if a guy has 2 eyebrows...but there are things higher on the list.
I've got trimmed beard which I've never shaved since uni + can't see me ever shaving. Dislike heavily plucked brows on women, like strong brows + don't mind if they meet in middle. Don't mind downiness or fine tache but couldn't find a bearded woman sexy, even though I love body hair on women.
i have to pluck in the middle. my couzin (she's a beauty therapist) once trimmed it all and it just broke my heart :& i did have long sideburns but i shaved em off last monday and i'm not shaving again until xmas. i want like this cool goatee type thing with sideburns but i still have to wait a while :H and i wanna grow full on beard as well, kinda like john lennon. bears rock.
I'm trying to grow in something that looks like this, just more fuller: But I may change my mind and do something else or just keep my face naked.
I really don't like facial hair - facial hair on me, that is. I shave like twice a week. If I'm clean shaven, I look and feel young. So, that's the reason why I shave.
About a year and a half ago I quit a cadets program and decided not to shave or cut my hair for as long as I could stand it. I ended up growing shoulder length hair and a full beard. I was workng maintenance/construction so nobody really cared. Those jobs are over because of winter and I had to find a real job. The job search wasn't going well untill I found a job as an usher at a movie theatre. The only problem was, I had to cut my hair and trim my beard to get the job. I did. I hate ther shorted hair, but the short beard wasn't so bad. Just last night I thought I might try something different facial hair wise. I started shaving I ended up with long sideburns, a moustache, and just a bit of hair under my mouth. I was pain full and I hated doing it. It doesn't matter anyway because the beard is gonna grow back. To sum it all up - beards good, shaving bad.
I love love love facial hair on guys!! As for myself, I don't do anything to the hair on my face. I don't really have any except my eyebrows and I like them just the way they are
Funny, I did the same thing at around the same time, just stopped getting my hair cut, and later grew out the beard. I love my facial hair, and having the beard was the best, because I HATE shaving! But I did cut my hair, because I also hated long hair like that, just a hassle. Now I just look like this:
I love having a beard. I usually onle trim it ever couple months or so when it gets to be about 8 inches long or so. I just doesn't feel right having it longer than that since I cut my hair last winter. I might end up having to shave it off because I am having a really hard time finding a job right now. I hope I don't have to, I have only shaved twice in the last 4 or 5 years and don't want to deal with shaving now.
I have a pencil-line chin-strap the runs from the sideburns along the jawline. they connect to a small goatee at the bottom of the chin, and a line connects the soul-patch under the center of the bottom lip to the goatee. And it's all trimmed closely.. a #2 attachment.
shit dude, that is one hell of a beard... i have one complaint to make... my mustache hairs are starting to get long now and it's like when i eat or smoke, i can feel the hairs going into my mouth... gets annoying after a while...
i myself also like to have 2 eyebrows...but that is as far as i go w/ grooming..i shave nothing else i luv hair men....facial hair..body hair...whatever grows i'm down w/.
scruffy beards, and long messy hair for guys... as for me i don;t shave anything- i like being natural.. and if i got a guy.. i'd like him to just let it all grow
That's why I gave up on the mustache. Hate it when the soul-patch gets full of soup or milk, cos I never notice it until someone points it out.
