I know something simple can freak you out. how did you get out of a trip? I know your mood can swing too, but besides that. Do you just calm yourself? or tell yourself it's the chemical? it's a good thing to know.
I've had some luck with getting out and getting some exercise. It kinda sounds weird, but once I was tripping way to hard at Red Rocks ampitheater. I got up and walked up and down the stairs(Red Rocks has thousands of stairs) a few times, and that seemed to release some of that intense energy and bring me back to earth.
the scariest thing so far for me was when i first experienced "the grid". granted i have only had fairly weak lsd. once the grid enveloped everything around me, i waved my hand in front of my face; nothing came across my face. i kind of panicked for a second until i remembered that im on a drug, and then the color of the grid went from something that resembled evil to something tranquil.
Confront it, deal with it. You're having a bad trip because there's something in your life that is triggering a bad trip.
the grid is just that; a grid of a geometric shape that pulses out from an origin and engulfed my existence. that is the best i can explain it. you know how that goes edit: smiley
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBsxqQIu_5s&feature=related you watch this... It will snap you out of it..
From the big bangs perspective we look like humans. But from our perspective the big bang looks like a grid of interconnecting dots surrounding us.
Ha this is what I sounded like today walking, tired as fuck, had been up 27 hours at the time. Felt great to laugh at how fucking retarded shit was going for me, I was so out of it, yet energized to the max.
A bad trip sux really....20% of my trips have been bad. What I do to make me feel good is be with my friends and just talk and joke. Dance music, something like Abba, not the club music with the bass, some happy happy songs, really really help. Oh out of the topic: Never listen to Hey Jude when you're on a bad trip, it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had my entire life.
My first trip was in the middle of a forrest. It was very dark and very, very cold. I found myself dead along with the sticks and rocks on the ground. After a couple of hours coming to terms with my new non-existence I realized three things: 1) I was cold 2) I was going insane 3) Whenever I thought about something warm, things got better So I thought about having a smoke in a sunny, grassy field with my girlfriend (whom I hadn't seen since I died - I missed her) and woke up with my head against a log near a fire. I got up and two dudes who looked like USA high school jocks asked me if I'd be alright. Finally I knew I'd be alright. Oh dear - re-reading what I wrote makes it sound awfully dramatic. Believe me - it was for me
My advice is, not to get out of a bad trip but rather learn from it. Explore it, love it, embrace it, make fun of it, understand it. You can trip on the most crazy f*cked up sh*t, but you can get a lot higher in other directions.
