How do I cool down a bong hit?

:hat: I use a homemade waterfall bong and it realy hurts and makes me cough from the smoke I inhale. Is there a way to cool it off?

 

use extra cold water and instead of letting it all empty before the hit, leave some at the bottom and shake it up to cool down the smoke,
dont take too long though or itll go stale and be gross

fill it with water and put it in the frezzer for a while but dont let it freeze
let it get slushy-ish

 

Ice cubes do work wonders. It's what I use

 

This may sound strange but just use cold water and small marbles.
For some reason the marbles add extra cooling.

 

it really shouldnt be so unbearably hot. esspecially from a waterfall bong. But either way, cooler water, or just stick some iscubes in the bottle or what ever you are using.

 

wen i did the water fall bong me and my buddy used a vase that was sealed everywhere but we let the bottle stay in the smokey mists ,wat u should do is yes put marbles in it and put a sub section in side it where you can put an ice cube like a shelve inside the water fall bong then hit the bitch and go straight to mars

 

keep it in the fridge! i keep both my bongs in the fridge, so i can rotate when one gets warm.

 

^^^A thinker. I used to do this, but know I just put ice cubes in the charger. The marbles idea sounds interesting; I'd imagine it works like a diffuser.

i like the marble idea too, you could freeze them. just do a test first to make sure they dont crack.

 

isn't a waterfall when you make the cap of say a drink bottle into the bowlhead...put a hole in the bottom, fill with water, light the bowl as the water drains and thereby smokes the hit for you, then you take it in...

most of these ideas wouldn't work with a WATERFALL bong b/c the smoke never goes through the water. it's basically an upside down gravity bong. the smoke is just as harsh. maybe shaking the cold water with the smoke like that one guy said..

if you want cold smoke use a real bong!

Marbles? Hum. I may need to experiment wth that. I recomend Ice Cubes and water. I also like to put a little red wine in with the water. Tastes cool.
