I guess I know three now, but I've been posting a lot of crap lately, and it could probably all be deleted.

Or at least 80% of it, but I didn't know who any of the mods were.

Go to the members page. All mods are identified.

If 80% of what you posted could be deleted there's a 75% chance it would be deleted. The fact that 60% of your posts aren't missing means you're alright ;)

That would be cool. So how DO you become a mod?

I am curious because there is one particular mod that is likely to ban me someday just for sport. :D

yeah I'm curious too what it costs, there are 2 mods that have a thing going on with me. Is it a matter of subscribing? But then I heard a mod can have another mod "de-mod-ified" hehhehehe........

Being a mod, I believe is at skips discretion based on need. It has nothing to do with post count. Anybody can be a mod if they have a personal forum. T hat means they're the mod of their own forum. To be a mod of a public forum, again I believe is at skips discretion and doesn't involve posts or money.

Although I could be wrong about this.

It just concerns me that one mod in particular might get pissed at me one day, for no particular reason, and ban my ass just because he doesn't like me.

If you ever got banned, I'd stomp really hard on the ground and pout for a long time, Snoopy. Glad I have you on Yahoo and AIM now, hehe.

They have to be able to show a valid reason for banning you. Usually it involves a long history of guideline infractions, or at the least, a serious infraction that cannot be overlooked.

If your posts show you've not broken guidelines then you will not just show up one day to find out that you've been banned. If that were the case several people would be long gone
