How do i resize my Signature image???

This seems like the closest thing i could find to tech. help here... I want to use an image as a signature which is stored on Photobucket, but whatever i do, it still comes out way too big and is not shown. I only want it small. I have resized it on photobucket to thumbnail but no luck. Of course i tried just dragging the corner of the image in so it got smaller but that didn't make any diff to the final post size either. Now i am at a total loss....which is really not that unusual for me. Any help will result in me thinking many lovely thoughts about the helper! Cheers.

 

You have to download your image and open the file with an image manipulation application to resize it. Here is a free image manip tool you can use:

Open the file and scale it to a smaller size. Then upload the new file to photobucket.
