I don't deal with it. I remind myself that there's nothing to be done to change it, so why bother worrying about it? It's done and over.

Make sure it is something you did that you regret, and not something that you didn't do.

SHouldn't regret. You learn something even with the worst of mistakes. Regret can be good, it means you've realized the depth of what has happened and helps you grow...imo.

I tell myself I can't change the past, but if I need to, I can do my best to ensure the best for the future.

regret is pointless, but everyone feels it at one point. being productive can make you feel better about making a lousy decision. like going for a run or organizing your room. that's all I can think of.

    Hope you feel better

if you can still change it somehow then go for it. if you can't then dont wallow in misery about it cos it changes nothing. just learn from it and dont do it again if the chance every comes up.

I try to look at what went wrong and see if it's something that I can work on. Not to say I always do. It's usually best to just take it easy on yourself.

I regretted some things I had done recently.
But, after accepting that it was supposed to happen & apologizing I feel much better.
