True - she doesn't use any contraceptives, (hasn't since about 24 yrs ago) for personal reasons for going off the pill. So she never knows definately when periods are due one time to next. They just start when they are ready to. She makes a small mark on the calender each time she thought it might be due, but that system doesn't always work out that way now. So I just get told when it's thinking of starting. We agreed that I took over the contraceptive side of things by using condoms after the birth of first child 24 yrs ago. Condoms have a negative point thou - less sensitivaty for me. So gotta compromise sometimes don't we!
They (periods) are now unpredicable one month to the next.
So as to when they'll stop completely ?- goodness knows.

I can honestly say I have never thrown kitchen utensils.
