How much do you take for a good trip?

I've never gotten to the point when I've seen something that wasn't there. For that matter, the only time that reality was slightly distorted (purple everywhere, double images, shadows dripping down walls) was when I took two medium-large hits and had some shroom chocolates.

So I'm just curious to see if I have a high tolerance, or it's like that for everyone.

 

You're not supposed to see things that aren't there.

Normally, I take 2-6 hits at a time. I always start each batch with 1-2 though

Also, doses only come in 1 size. 1/4" x 1/4". If your hits were bigger, then either a) they weren't LSD (did it taste bitter?) or b) you took more than you thought you did.

 

i've never seen anything either. i think that just comes from too many movies. i imagine you have to eat quite a bit to see things.

howdy? but arhh what? lsd = no hallucinations...lOl people come on! All i do is hallucinate on acid, how can you not is my question! please, for people that say they dont hallucinate, I dont get what do you do your whole trip..

 

wow, maybe it was bad shit that you bought.
make sure you buy good shit.. and sometimes its worth paying that 5 bucks extra.
ask how potent it is aswell..

 

its more distortions, brighter colors, more vivid etc... with the visuals not full on hallucinations do you really want to think bats are attacking you like fear and loathing lol. You should know if your tripping face off acid though anyway keep trying

 

yea i usually take two to start then redose as i see fit u should def b trippin of two tabs if they're legit man haha the place that really starts me trippin is the bathroom i think its the confined space cuz it starts the breathing for me all the walls start movin in and out

They're distortions. Nobody has actual hallucinations (like datura-style) from LSD.

At Vibes me and my buddy ate 3 hofmans and 3 jerrys and a few jellies each and was deff a good time, couldnt find our camp site till sun up but that night was psychedelic mess there was more to it than just the L. and Ive seen patterns on walls and crazey shit watchin light shows and shit. nothing like a pink elephant walking past me or any thing of that nature.

So several hundred hits, plus alot of other stuff

Well say when I looked at my hand one time and it was on fire..the fire is not actually there, isnt that what you call a hallucination..or when I was seeing little gremlins sneaking around the shadows one night..or when I was lying down looking at my stomach which had a mini forest growing over it with a old school stone monument/shrine paved out in the middle and then it changed to my whole body been rock..or the countless number of hallucinations that I cant put into words cause they were just spit fires of colour and weird warping shit poring through the air or my normal vision slipping through the cracks and is replaced with me looking inside a white pyramid or lots of other fun things that I cant remember!

 

i started a thread about how many tabs you take in drug polls. i ususally take 1-3 tabs. and even though i dont "hallucinate" from acid, i call the intense visual distortions, random geometric patterns, visions of creatures on the wall, size distortions, etc hallucinations. i mean, its easier to tell people you were hallucinating then experience pseudohallucinations. most people dont know what "pseudo" means.

 

you dont see things that arent there man just go with the flow and let lucy show you the way

 

maybe there's no such thing as hallucinations. maybe we just see into separate realities.

but yes, I do see stuff that others can't on acid. I saw an army of spanish conquistadors flattened and imprisoned in the window of my friend's car. however, that was just my brain finding pictures in the water droplets of her car, so I think "hallucinations" on acid are mostly twisted versions of what we would see if we were not high. I can't really say that though, because I also see shimmering geometric patterns whenever I close my eyes on acid, or whenever i look into the dark, or at something large with uniform color, like a wall or a ceiling, or the sky. staring at the ceiling in a darkened room on acid can be a pretty breathtaking show.

 

perhaps you have more of an imagination, and we sort of create our own halluniations.. :/
