I just watched the show on Lifetime. I seriously recommend any woman who feels insecure about their body to watch that show! I love it! These women are like me, you, and the next girl...the normal, non-supermodel women...and it gives me hope to know that I can be 100% confident someday!
It's a myth that fat = unnattractive. The deciding factor is exercise, whether you're fat or thin, if you can't run a mile you're not going to be attractive. Obviously an active lifestyle means it is difficult to become excessively fat, but it also means you will have good muscle tone, cardiovascular system and you may develop an interest in sports which means an hourglass figure, a nice ass, no bags under the eyes, you will take deep breaths which is sexy and also you won't complain when your boyfriend/husband wants to watch the football since you will want to watch it also. Be sure to wear a sports bra whilst exercising so your boobs don't sag later in life. In fact wear a sports bra all the time. As for the myth that fat is unnattractive that stems from when you are so fat it folds over which looks like a deformity, being plump is fine as it enlarges your breasts and butt.
Anita Roddick said there are 8 women in the world who look like supermodels and 3 million who don't (or something along those lines)
