if your askin how to make your first trip good, there is no simple answer. different things work for different people. you should just do some research and do what you think will work for you. im sure some people could give you some general advice, though...
for sure man, one little thing goes wrong or u get anxious for a moment, and then you think "uh oh I'm having a bad trip" then that thought creates more anxiety and it becomes a self perpetuating cycle. this is called a thought loop. You realize that your only freaking out because your having a bad trip and ur only having a bad trip because ur freaking out. you try to just drop it but it seems like somethings missing... there's something to figure out, when really there's nothing at all. If you try to hard to make anything in a trip perfect or definite, it'll all end in disaster if everything doesn't quite go according to plan. The best thing you can do is have the right people around you who are capable of setting an order to things when chaos happens. But besides that, just stop thinking altogether and just let go to the flow...
