I try meditation but i find it like extremly hard cause my mind just goess and goess. &smoking speeds up my thought process alot haha. I think im nerotic or how ever you spell it hahaha

Be like the pond. The pond reflects the bird as it flies over. The pond lets go of the reflection as soon as the bird flies past. It does not follow the bird or hold onto the reflection.
This worked for me once when I was having a particular thought that was very persistent. Sit up straight, feet on the floor, etc; move only your eyes up and to the right. Hold this for 5 minutes. It was successful for me. There is a whole science behind this eye position stuff. I need to learn more about it. I just ask my naturopathic chiropractor friend when I need help.
You've got to research on meditational positions. Once you find one that is accepting for your body you can learn to concentrate on keeping your posture. Thoughts will be lost and you'll zone right on in. There's no point however, in meditating in a position that'll hurt your back. I find for instance that laying in bed and raising my arms to the ceiling and letting my wrists relax to be extremely comfortable. I look silly but it works.

what is the matter with thinking???? if you are relaxed then thinking can be very relaxing. but if you wanna increase your mental focus level then exercise and/or play sports. like tennis for example you must focus very much making you pay attention very much to what is going on in the game rather than thinking or focusing your attention else where. that is why so many people play sports because it is a intense focus activity. after finishing a focus activity you feel relaxed and calm. oh and if smoking weed speed up your thinking process then I think you should quit smoking weed if you dislike thinking and wanna calm your mind. the relax chemical you are looking for is running/exercise/sports/bike riding. this exercising will allow you to be able to meditate
