I am making hypocrisy as my highest virtue.

If my ultimate goal in life is to be a hypocrite, I can do anything I want, associate with any group I want at any time, without being boxed into anything.

And best of all, if hypocrisy is my goal, then there's no way to contradict myself. If I stop being hypocritical, then *gasp* that's hypocritical! But that's my goal...
