I apologize....

Well for me, and this is what I tried to reply before but didn't work,
Is that I mean be kind in the tone, not in what you are saying. In arguing with someone, for instance, I feel it is best to remain respectful, not to throw cheap shots or act nasty, and you will get the same respect back. I could be talking to the stupidest person in the whole world, but even in arguing with them, I'd like to keep it positive so no one walks away with hurt feelings. That, to me, is cheap..Things that are only added to the argument to make up for thought that you havent put into it...you know?
Keep the tone in such a way that is isnt an argument, but an open discussion, a friendly debate, no matter how angry either side may be.
That is just my take on arguing, though =]

 

mostly I agree but there are also some cases when someone just needs to be humiliated, sometimes youve had enough and others though to the outside it may look disrespectal for the people involved it is not so

 

Oh I agree to that too.
It is the opposite that also applies, bitches deserve to get treated like bitches. My pals know me as a smart ass to all who deserve it in my opinion, may it be my teachers or fellow students, cashiers at a store, anyone. But, it is always for a purpose =]
I usually never stand up for myself, because I know that I CAN, and no one really messes with me,(and I just don't want to put the effort into it) but my best friend is always picked on by a lot of people, and taken advantage of in a lot of ways, so I ALWAYS defend her, no matter who it is or why. I mean, I try and get her to defend herself, but..
I'm rambling again =]

its actually 3 am here but since Im lazy and I get up at 1 pm if I take a shower tomorrow I wont get to work and I needz the monies

nah I had insightfull conversation with a punk from my school where we... after quite a few drinks and he had a couple of umm monas... paint thinner or suchlike.... that there is no such thing as future, or present... everything is the past....
