i really wouldn't worry about it... unless you are allergic to PB, which in that case, you'd probably be dead by now, so hey...its all good
this is like the costco kind of peanut butter too... not even real stuff.... and I've eaten a lot of chocolate too..... my livers dead man fucking christmas holidays
It would have been unhealthy if you ate a pound of peanut butter in one day. I guess it's ok. After all, peanut butter is very good and nutritious. Just don't continue like that the following week, it may not be so good.
its the holidays who cares, we all tend to eat like gluttonous lil pigs,,,, so long as that when we r through them we dont continue in our hoggish ways its all good
its just as real as skippy or peter pan or whatever other brand out there. sure it may not be natural PB, but its still made iwth peanuts....
Once in my life I was too busy to eat real meals and had a bag (or 3)of Whitmans (?) peanut butter filled bon bons for lunch for a week or more. It was the beginning of gaining weight in my case. Haven't stopped.
well, peanut butter that's not natural (ie. store brand, skippy, etc) isn't really that healthy...it's loaded with salt and sugar, and a lot of other chemicals usually, too. I'm known to eat a pound of natural nut butters in a week, but I get a lot of my protein out of nut butters, and I vary what kind of nut butters I eat and also I balance it out with the rest of my diet...I have a history of food allergies, and so I tend to eat the common allergens I'm not allergic to on a rotational basis, so I can prevent myself developing an allergy to them...see this link: http://www.food-allergy.org/rotation.html If you eating that much peanut butter was just part of the gluttonous nature of the holidays, don't worry too much. There are worse things you could eat a pound of, for sure...
It sounds worse than it is. One pound is actually just the weight of a normal size jar, which I could see someone going through in a week quite easily if they were eating one or two PB&J's a day.
