I dont have any water.

like when i turn on the faucets nothing happens. even the toilet dont flush.

ill give yall an update after i investigate a little bit further

its not like my ;mom to not pay such a necessary bill as Water....

but i dont have cold water. or any water. i really dont think its a bill thing. i turned on the news channels and nothings on at 330 in the morning and i dont know why we dont have water.
