I don't really like cake either. I was a cake decorator for years, and my family still comes to me for the fancy cakes, but I am always worried that they don't taste good because I don't like cake.

I feel you. Cupcakes are different and I do like them. They bake up lighter and have a different texture because of their size.

I don't like chocolate very much either, except once a month...so I keep a stash. And it has to have other ingredients, like caramel and peanuts...straight up chocolate = uke:

cakes are good. chocolate is gross. chocolate cakes are ok, but worse than vanilla, and much worse than cheesecake.
