Your brother was making more noise than you were. What was he doing? Jerking off? How old is he anyways?
I agree with that part but I also agree with this: I personally was ready to wait for ever and damn glad I was, cause I love the girl I'm with so much, and can't wait to show it in bed
Most girls and guys I know don't regret how they lost their virginity. I lost mine at 15 and I was willing to do it with who ever was offering to help. The guy you lost yours to sounds like a decent guy even if you don't care for him in that way.
well, don't regret it. if you felt you had to do it at that moment.. it's not a big deal. i mean, wouldn't it be worse if you did it with someone you cared about, and had a crush on, and the day after he would dumped you, or something? i'd like to do it for the 1st time with my best friend, not with someone i have a crush on and i'm totally blind because of that. if you know what i mean.
Well, all I have to say is congratulations. Believe it or not, a 24 year old guy is jealous of you. I am still a virgin, I was extremely shy and depressed in school. So much that I never talked to anyone. Hell, the only time I've ever seen a breast, in person, I felt bad about it. I saw down a good friends shirt at a school picnic about 7 years ago and still feel terrible about it. Congratulations again, Jessie
He was a friend at least, not some strange guy. We're both content being just friends, and have no interest in a further relationship. I'm glad about that, and it's cool between us. It was just casual. I'm against traditional morals anyway.
nah, I'm their with you I saved myself until my gal came along and she doesn't even want me yet +_+
In accordance with this post, I don't mean to sound sexist at all, quite the contrary. From what I know, which isn't much, so please excuse me if I'm not even in the right country here. The public notion is that if men are still virgins after the age of 18, it is considered as "wierd". Where after, if a woman loses her virginity before she is 18, she is cast as a whore. I have had family members cast some of my cousins as such. In the public opinion, women are to be slaves to there master, men, and should save themselves for there man until HE feels that HE is ready for HER. In this way, women have absolutely no rights or free will at all. I don't feel as if this is right at all. I feel as if people should do as they would want to do. WoodstockChild wanted to lose her virginity at a young age, there should be no on at all to tell her not to. It is her body and she will do as she feels fit to do. I am not saying that her friends or even the guy who took her virginity away, should not tell her how they feel. They should also be allowed to propose their feelings, whether it be that it is a bad idea, pure ecstaticness, or even a numb look of, "uhh duhhhh". From what I understand, sex used to be a huge part in human history. Everyone loved the fact that people had sex, they put statues up in Greece and Rome of nude people, mainly Greek Gods, if I remember correctly. If I also remember, there where paintings littered throughout the walls of Pompeii. Public sex was looked upon as a good thing everywhere. That is, until the religious fronts came around. The people in charge decided sex was a bad thing and pre-marital sex should be punished. Where as, this is very much calmed down now, people are still told pre-marital sex is bad. I am not saying it isn't, not saying it is, just saying it is in the hands of the people who's body the coversation is being held about. Just my .02c, again, please correct me in anything I have said wrong, I love to learn new things. I also like to debate things with people, so please, what do you think? Jessie
women who lose their virginities under 18 are considered whores? what is this, 1950? is Virginia really still that umm... oppressed? then again, my brother and his fiance moved to North Carolina and are looked down upon because they aren't married and are living together people here aren't condemning that she wanted to use it at such a young age, they are criticizing her mentality that at 16 she is saying finally like she thinks 16 is old to be losing your virginity and what seems to bother most people here, is the conditions I know that's my problem, she wasn't even attracted to the boy =/
I can understand where you are coming from. As far as the part where she didn't really like the boy in the first place. I can also understand the fact that everyone is puzzled with her choice of words. I on the other hand seem to think, maybe, that she did it for other reasons. All of these because of the word "finally". Now, I may be wrong, but I have a feeling, maybe her friends have all already lost their virginitys. They might even have been nagging at her that she was "prude", or a lesbian even. Like I say, I'm just guessing. She is young, young people are easier to manipulate, she may have thought she was running behind. If this is right, it would surely prove why she used the word "finally". I don't know though as I'm not her. As for the quote "women who lose their virginities under 18 are considered whores? what is this, 1950?" I am just referencing a mean age group, it may be 16 for all I know. As I have said, I'm not very in tune with the sexual relations of women, I haven't had the chance to be. Maybe, if I ever get a girlfriend, she will fill me in on things like this.
