I got bust last month!!!

Last month I was a pasanger in a car and got bust about 2 miles from my house with 2 ozs and an open container. I spent about an hour and a half in jail and had to pay a $350 fine. They took my pot, my beer, my proto (pipe), and my grinder. Ba_tards Peace

 

Felony? Misdemeanor? What were the charges? Get any probation or anything? 2 oz is a lot to get off that easy with. I'd get a year probation for having a gram on me here.

I got charged with open container, and possesion of marijauna. One as_hole cop wanted to put me in county until Monday (I got busted 12:25 am Sat morning) and wanted to charge me with intent and also wanted 2 charge the pipe and grinder as both felony parafenelia. I got off real lucky. Pot is illegal where I live.Oh they said they were probably gonna take my license away for a year. But they ended up not doing that.Peace

i'm not sure on the law on this topic in the u.s, but my bf told me that in canberra australia,people are allowed to grow weed but it must be no higher than the top of a fence.

it´s still technically illegal in the netherlands - just tolerated. really, really, tolerated. and there are still "rules" that you have to follow when buying and smoking there.

That's funny you should say that. My husband and I have talked about becoming Canadian citizens b/c of that very reason. Either that or move to Washington and get on the medical marijuana program. I don't know if I could handle the cold weather they get in Canada. Peace

it gets pretty cold in washington state as well. they have nice smoke up there though.

 

Yeah it is. I have family there. Everytime I visit we enjoy some of the local culture, so to speak.

 

I'm so upset!!! I got a letter Saturday saying that my license is going to be suspended for 6 months. I have to pay another $300 plus another $175 plus take a dui/drug class, plus meet up with some assessor who will probably have more requirements for me to complete and then determines if I am fit to drive. The letter said it could take up to a year to get my license back. It just depends on how much the assessor wants to f_ck with me. I went to the Highway Patrol office to have a hearing today. The lady said that by doing what the cops told me to do (pleading guilty or no contest)( I plead no contest.)that by doing that and not getting a lawyer is why is happening. She said she could not change the law. They also want a clean u.a. test. I tried to explain to them that I am self employed and have to drive daily from one end of Oklahoma to the other to make deliveries and also that my husband is very sick with diabetes and hep c . Because of his hep c especially he cannot drive long distances and I have to take him to the doctor and/or hospital. They told me to write down everywhere I drive. I have to write down the addresses of every grocery store in Oklahoma except Walmart, which I'm not in and refuse to be in. They are going to try and put a breathalizer thing on my car so I can't drive until I blow into it. I told them I smoked pot:I didn't drink alcohol. The breathalizer thing is very expensive, and I have to pay for it all up front. THIS IS SUCH BULLSH_T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

i live in canberra its not illiegal to have weed but cops till get pissie at you.
you can have 2 plants and not recive a charge if cops find them but they will get riped. I been caught smokeing a joint wile drive cops pulled up right beside me i didtn even notic and they just both looked at me and said have a nice night.

but ACT policeing is corrupt i no cops that have pocked my bud right in front of me.

 

it all depends on were you live in canada i would recomend to you lving in bc b/c they have like the best weed for super cheep in fact i got and eigth of kush for 20 oh and if you live in the southern areas it doesn even get cold

and to another guy that said i think there are places in canada were it is tolerated like amesterdam
this is correct in some areas of alberta i know the cops dont mind but that was just were i came from befor bc and that was more nothern canada so very cold in winter but great place to visit in summer
