Any ideas that HAVE WORKED FOR YOU? I don't like being fat anymore My biggest fear is that the weight won't come off because of the c-section My aunt says I'll never be the same again, to give up I'm desperate.....any ideas?
Drink tons of water, eat lightly, but constantly, and do lots of random excersize, especially high impact type ones it will burn the fat better, but make sure to get plenty of nutrients and calories and such, as to not burn muscle... That's what I've heard anyway, and it works for me...
My mom had a c-section and she is now almost the same size she was before. She never went on much of a diet. She cut out some fat and calories but she mainly just exercised for 30 minutes twice a day. It took a few months but she got back in shape.
700 is plenty, provided you sit on your ass all day, and don't do shit... Though some studies have shown a starvation diet may kick in a sort of survival gene causing you to be healthier, and more energetic...
It was in wired, I suppose you could check their site, of course the studies used mice, not people... I don't mean for anyone to take it seriously...
i think 700 calories is way way to low. i'd shoot for around 1500 if your wanting to lose weight. to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than your eating, but that doesn't mean not to eat anything. your body needs the nutrients to run properly and thats just not for weight loss. a healthy eating regiment is needed. know what your putting into your body. keep it balanced. eat good carbs - whole grained foods. lean meats if you eat meat. vegetables, fruits, water. its really not that hard to have a really good balanced diet. then you have to exercise...your gonna need cardio in some form. walk up stairs, don't take the elevator. maybe get yourself a small set of weights to work with, if not, you can use other thigns around the house for weights. workout your major muscle groups before doing smaller muscle groups. did i forget to mention to eat properily?...have fun with it. hope that helped...
