I just broke my bong :'(

I was sitting on my bed with my cat, and had it sitting on top of my computer, next to my bed, and I swung my leg around, and hit the neck with my foot.


Then everything starts moving in slow motion, as I watch my bong fall to the floor, and even though its only about a foot from my computer to the floor, it still snaps the joint off, and spills bongwater everywhere.

I'm kind of in shock now, I thought I would be freaking out a lot more, but I guess I did get a lot of use out of this bong, and it had a long life.

I'm also emailing the people at dementia glass, as I've heard good things about their repair work, so it might not even be out of commission that long.

 

I'm just surprised my diffuser survived that whole ordeal, tbh.

ive broken many bongs and bowls before, it does suck. thats y u gotta have a backup bong (acrylic recommended). and would repairs even be worth the time? i'd just buy a new one, specially if youre in CA. then your assortment of pieces becomes so colorful and diverse

well the repair probably wouldnt even be that expensive, I would assume around 50 bucks, but I still am waiting to hear back from the guys at dementia.

It would sure as hell beat buying a new bong, as I like quality glass, and dont really feel like dropping several hundred bucks on a new roor.

And this shit isnt even busted that bad anyways.

in that case, nvm. but 50$ is a lot of $ to repair. if u love ur bong that much, i'd do it.
and thats super great that ur diffuser survived. can u plant your diffuser on another bong? im just curious

 

Sorry to hear! I hope that they can get it fixed for ya, though and if not, you can just buy a new one! Hahah.

My brother broke my favorite bong last summer.. I was so pissed off. I think I even started to cry a little.

haha you know how hard it is to break a roor? i used to have the pink series which was only like 3mm thick and this dumbass dropped it like directly onto the joint onto hardwood floor and only the bowl broke but the binger was fine
maybe drew had a ROUR because roors dont break easily
