    seriously..i Have a secret....a very easy secret...reason i know its true is because in august 1st i weighed 220 on sept 29 i weighed 175 i now weight 150-155..and no it isnt due to drugs...and thats not the secret i have..anyone wanna know how i did this naturally.?im preety fucking high and feel like boasting on something healthy for a change

    hmmmm no i didnt starve my self...i actually aite five meals a day and ate what i wanted and consumed the type of foods i wanted.

    nahh lucly im still all attached...the secret is extremly simple...but no one actually belives in it..but when you loose 40 ibs in 2 mos..and you created the diet your self and set a goal its actually amazing how much you change a body..

    eat whats nesscary to get the taste of the food...eat a food like you know you can actually eat it again.also keep yourself occupied why you eat.because youll eat slower and feel up quicker. i used to eat a medium box of pizza from domonios now i just eat a slice or two a breadstick and watch a movie..and for those who say it cant work...look at the pics on my gallery look how wide i was in the pic where im all red in the face with the girl behind me that pic was taken in july...and then look at the pic of me in the striped white shirt which was taken in december..you can deffinatly notice the weight loss...all yeah if you wanted to know what my goal was..i was extremly self concious and was going on a cruise i knew like 9 mos in advance and weight 190 about when i found out about the cruise then 2 mos before the cruise i was like wtf am i doing i am gonna hate this shit if im all big and fat.lol.so i did the steps i said.

    i didnt get off probation till october 14th 2007..so no...from probley about august 1st till sept 29 i quit all drugs so i could concentrate on my weight loss..i drank sometimes...

    Some kind of meditation where you believe that you can lose wait and really focus on losing it and so you do?

    i mean i guess it was like meditation....i just set a goal...it started to loose 20ibs before my cruise...and what do you know i lost like 40..and i didnt take any supplements or follow any diets i did what i said i did....and for all who are overweight read what im saying and take it in...because my whole family is overweight and so was i and i was on the way to continue weight gaining and i shocked them all...so bellive me weight loss naturally is true as shit.

    Do you actaully know yourself how it physicaly happened then? I mean... if you kept eating what you wanted and when you wanted.. then how is it possible?

    Five small meals is actually a pretty healthy way to eat. That alone might be enough. Stay away from overly processed food and stick with more simple foods then you might be halfway home there...

    the time in my life that i lost alot of weight quickly, my secret was, not to be at home. dont feed yourself, just give yourself nutrients, like instead of getting a greasy burger, get an orange juice. and stay on the move, i dont mean exercise, just drive around. also i did alot of cocaine too, and boy the pounds just melted off. and i wasnt even hungry, unless it was cocaine

    i told you how it happend..i aite what was nessacary for me to get the taste of what i was eating and did it slowly instead of plowing food in within 5 min it takes me 30-45 min to eat..i stayed away from buffee (they were my weakness) fastfood(not healthy what so ever) I quit drinking soda(now i drink diet if i wont soda). Quit eating dessert..i probley rewarded my self with brownie or ice cream once a week..i added on a lot of normal cardio. i had just gotten a new dog and i walked him for like 2 hours a day cause i wanted some kind of tan also so id walk in the outskirts of the park with my shirt off...some times id run but i usally didnt have the stamina so i walked alot..i did probley about 200 pushups a day..when i started i couldnt do 5 at a setting..but eating all the natural foods it gives you the energy to conkur the pain..but i didnt go to school and wheni wasnt working which wasnt much id watch tv and when commericals came on id do like 5 or 10 pushups..and eventually that number increased and i was able to do like 50 pushups a setting.i didnt start doing setups till after i came back from the cruise..but yeah it was all natural..now i just wish i could get some muscle on me..

    yah smoke crack and you'll loose all your weight in about a month

    thats not even true i sold crack for like 3 weeks i met some big ass crack heads...thats such a fucking myth....and if your not taking this serious thats fine....but belive it its true
