Me and a friend got some acid the other week and we kind of fear it "not working" because we didnt get it from the most "reliable" source. It was some guy we never met who was asking if anyone needed weed or doses or something else. I actually think it'll be fine, my friend doesnt though. The place where we got the Lucy is where we get our shrooms from, and when were just in the area hangin out weed as well. We get that stuff in the same way, so I dont know why my friend is trippin. but to my question, we really wanna trip on our desired day and want it to go smoothly as possible. We're planning to visit the Grateful Dead house (never been) an Haight Ashbury (just once). And SF is in the complete opposite direction. We're confident we could get more doses in Berkeley. I mostly just dont trust the people in SF like I do Berkeley. So I was wondering should we dose, wait an hour (do not want to wait around...) and see if it hits us and then just go to SF. Or should we just go to Berkeley an get more right off the bat?
I dunno mang. Acid can take like 2 hours sometimes. It has for me before. Have you heard the saying acid finds you, you don't find acid? Well, this kinda coincides with that. If it doesn't work it was meant to be. Plan your trip and do it. If you don't end up high maybe you needed to see it sober first? Good luck
Only a research chemical would take 2 hours to kick in. Real LSD has a faster onset. 15 to 60 minutes. The only way to be sure is to know your source, and by trying it out. Seeing as the OP is in Berkeley he probably is getting the real deal.

I once had an LSD trip that didn't kick in until 3 full hours after dosing. It was good clean LSD, everything else matched, length of trip, effects, etc, just onset was 3 hours.
Yeah guys I got the real deal. We decided to go to dose and go to Berkeley. On our transfer stations (20 mins away) we started to feel that like 'spring of anxiety' in the pit of our stomachs so we knew we weren't jipped. We hungout in berekely until it started to get dark, got back on bart and went to the Haight and saw the dead house and all that. It was awesome. Getting dosed again this weekend too, probably taking 2 and a half hits this time... CANT WAIT! and thanks for the attempted help friends
