Why is this a confession? Because it makes me feel superior. It's hard not to. People all around me get sick quite a bit, it seems. In 6 years i can remember getting 2 minor colds. I haven't had one in years. I don't understand it. I eat very healthy, I exercise, but not to the extreme, and that wouldn't explain it anyway. I just don't understand it.

Neither do I. I eat a lot of garlic, at least one clove per day, which helps a lot.

But yeah, I don't get sick much at all. Sorry to say, I don't think you are that superior.

Oh yea, let's get on that. :D

Yea, I haven't been sick at all, not even colds for years now. It's not that impressive if you eat right, exercise a bit and have a good immune system. Many kids today don't have great immune systems because their parents bath them in hand sanitizer, don't let them eat dirt, get dirty, play with bugs, animals, etc.

I agree. We best both get some sleep tonight. And don't forget to pack some garlic...I hear the mosquitoes there can be a bitch this time of year. :D

    Should I pack my cape?
