not much.. but some. i was at this festival and had no money for food and was hungry and people had grills and free meat so i started eating it ( i was only veggie for a month and a half)... i kept it up a bit cause i felt HORRIBLE about myself. so i gave up. i hate myself for it.... i hate doing it but i think if i try again, i will just fail and be more upset.
if you feel stronger then you should continue. I spent years being vegan, vegetarian, macrobiotic, live foods, etc. I feel better eating a balanced diet including meat. I do not eat pork. here's a book that can clear up a lot of confusion on the subject of diet:
Do what you feel is right. Don't beat yourself up everyone has lapses sometimes. Just learn from them and move on. Good luck TTFN Sage
i agree most people have lapses. Specially when starting off! i wouldn’t worry too much about it, when i went vege it took me some months before i was really veggie.... even though i did not like the idea of animals dying i still ate meat sporadically for some months. I’m vegan now, and i love being vegan, i feel better than ever, for me it’s gotten easier as time went by. I find meat utterly disgusting now couldn’t eat it if I was paid to. I agree with above poster to not beat yourself up about it.
I had a chickenburger in my first month of being a veggie...but I just realised that it was wrong (i was drunk at the time) and now its been about four months and i havent touched any meat since then...so wehey
