wow everyone is having earthquakes all of a sudden... Maybe I should take shit off my walls just in case!
Least I wasnt the only person to post.. I was looking for data on it. took me a minute.. weird feeling actually cause I knew it wasnt windy outside. But it felt like I went up in the air for a second and back down. Then all the shit was rocking.
pfff, amateurs. When you get knocked down and can't even walk because of the shaking and it lasts for a minute or more, THEN you will have experienced an earthquake.:2thumbsup: Odd that they would be on the east coast though
OK, now I'm seeing it on Fox...wondered if they were full of shit and just saying it to hinder the Obama administration. It hit NYC and went as far up as RI...almost hit me! :O
that link orison put up said a 5.9, that's a pretty good shake. How many miles are you from it in Philli anyway? It said it was only 1 kilometer deep, pretty shallow. Usually deeper ones are felt further away.

We flet it all the way down here in Toronto. Shook the building for about 20 seconds. Updated: Tue Aug. 23 2011 12:19:44 CTV News.ca Staff A 5.9-magnitude earthquake centred in Virginia rattled the East Coast Tuesday afternoon, shaking buildings in cities as far north Toronto.
