I'll use a condom if I can see visible open sores, or some sort of infection. Other than that, if the hooker I'm with looks clean I'll just go in without a condom.

 

I never bother with my current long term girlfriend as she is on the pill and its just more convinient to not wear one, though i have never used one with her even when we first got together (around 20 months ago)

If i was to sleep with anybody else though other than my partner i would use one.
