It sucks balls. I drove to walmart and stole some things, then I left. On my way home, a cop pulled me over because he said I was swerving, which I wasn't. I think he was just bored and wanted to fuck with someone.

Anyway, I had the stolen property in my pockets still and I told him my license is suspedned, so I was charged with shoplifting and driving on a suspended license. I spent the night in jail and only got about 3 hours of sleep.

Apparently, I'm getting kicked out of my house now and will have to find a place to stay, even if it's under a bridge. Ghey.

That is so shitty. Sorry you had such a horrible night and good luck with everything else.. I'm curious as to what you stole though.

p.s. walkmart deserves getting stolen from anyway.

For all of you asking what I stole and why I stole it, I stole 4 PUR water filters so I could return them to the store for a giftcard. My reasoning for needing to do this is so my mom wouldn't have to pay for my xanax prescription and also so she wouldn't have to buy my cigarettes. lol It was one of those situations where I was doing the wrong thing for the right reasons.

    Thanks for the well-wishes everyone:)

Well, I still had the stolen property in my pocket and he thought that was strange and assumed that I stole it. He knew I had just came from walmart so he was gonna take me back to walmart and get the cashier to confirm that I paid for it. That wouldn't have worked, so I just told him that I stole it.

A good thing though......he didn't read me my rights when he was arresting me, so I'm hoping that will work to my advantage.

    Fuck man.
Why did you go steal shit? If you were on 19 bars, why drive at all?
Jesus Brian, you know I care alot about you, but that was just stupid.

hahaha It wasn't 19 bars. It was 19 .25mg xanax, so it was only 2 and 3/4 bars total, but that was hours before I drove and I was back at baseline when I was driving. Otherwise, I would've gotten a DUI:tongue:

    Still stupid though.

Thanks man. i hope it works out too.

I'm getting used to being arrested though, really. This was the 4th time. My biggest concern is the financial aspect of it, as well as the possibility of having to take piss tests. lol

If you weren't arrested for anything drug related you probably won't have to take piss tests
