I was gonna make a new thread but decided not to.... Last night I shoulda just laughed about it and joked around w you guys instead of freaking out.... because they called me back this morning ... they said it was still monitoring just fine and to come in for a new strap at my earliest convenience.... so, went in there n was in and out (including probation waiting room) in 15 mins....
No questions even asked...
Then not only that but I wasn't gonna have any cash money til tomorrow and I wanted money today and alas.... my mom is coming over at 4 pm to pick up Cason to watch him til 6 30pm AND she's bringing me $50.... so I'm gonna have a fun night

oh and no, I didn't get drug tested. I didn't even see a p.o.- just the scram guy... it was so simple and yet another example of how I always make things into huge deals that really aren't anything.

 

I was actually gonna tell them to take my urine and send it to the lab if they didn't believe me to test for ethanol alcohol... however that woulda been a last resort because if it woulda gotten sent to the lab and they just checked waay over 10 panels to test for I woulda been screwed eventually if they hit the right one...

anyways yea read everyone's posts and thanks. yea bird... I agree. and yea it's cause in PA if you get 2 dui's they give you the scram... I really don't mind it because I think alcohol is fucking retarded ... well, I didn't mind it til this happened last night but all is well that ends well
anyways, my dui was way before I was even pregnant w my son.. it was... let's see... 4.2 years ago exactly... so this shit is getting old considering drinking is about the last thing I would ever do. I'd start doing ANYTHING before drinking as I see alcohol as poison but I really don't mind the system that much... it's just rather annoying having to deal with things ten years after it happened. (it'll be ten yrs total prolly til im off probation...slight exaggeration but you know...)

oh yeah... one more thing... to who ever mentioned it (lively girl I think)-yes, they actually deal w this shit all the time. my p.o. (on the phone this morning) said they could tell by looking at the reading that it wasn't cut off or anything and that it was still reading and that after ppl have them on for a while they often wear thing on the band thing and snap off and it's no big deal w happens all the time. probation actually likes me cause I do all i'm supposed to do and don't give them any probs so I don't know why I was so worried... in any case, yea... the whole thing was just me.... panicking and freaking out for no reason

yea that's what I pretty much felt like last night... I was all panicked and just needed to breathe and relax and know I wouldn't get in trouble cause I didn't do anything and then people were shaking me like that hahaha
you know... i'd rather it was people in rt acting like that than people in probation though. people in probation were like "yea it happens ... they wear down... have a good day" hahaha

it's just funny today... how it went. talked to p.o. and scram guy on phone. they told me it's reading fine and they can tell I didn't cut it cause it would signal somehow if that was the case n to come in "at my convenience" to get a new strap.

Oh okay... I'm not gonna make a new thread so I'll post this here... in prob. waiting rm today... (and I was only there 5 mins) two things happened... one ...this lady was like "omG!!" (points at my ankle thing w 2 ace bandaids holding it on).... "I LOOVE your idea of how to wear that, that is soo awesome!"... me "uh well, if came off so i'm just holding it on here til they fix it".... her- "well, it's a great idea anyways... i'm gonna have to do that"

then another girl/lady/whatever...comes walkin in and grins HUUGE.. looks at me and waves "HIII!!! how have YOU been? omg I haven't seen you in forever"

luckily then they called my name because I did NOT recognize the girl at all.
the reason that is funny to me is every damn time I go into prob there I usually see ppl I know (ppl I was in jail with or old dope dealers usually, lol) and the last time I was there some guy was askin the same... like he knew me and I was the same "huh, who are you?"
