Well if they'd won this topic would be more interesting. I'd say Britain would of ended up like all the other countries that were invaded. Britain would receive reparations from Germany and there'd be some nifty tourist attractions to go and see.
Lord knows Cross of Iron would have had a totally different ending,,, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WGE5TGvYsGo"]Железный креÑÑ‚ (Cross of Iron) - YouTube
If you can't beat 'em, join 'em. That's my motto. It's my one and only motto. It's the maxim by which I live my life, never deviating, never swaying.
I don't understand . The outcome would have been the same . Unless you mean that America didn't enter the war , or have a chance to. Either way they would still be living as they are today . Cause the outcome would have been the same . Do I get a prize for playing this game ? A year supply of brattworst or hagus or something ?
The Nazis lacked any real amphibious capability so a seaborne invasion would have probably ended in disaster with the Royal Navy butchering thousands of Germans. Had they actually got some forces ashore they would have been met with the most intense resistance without the logistical support to maintain their forces. Look at how badly the Nazis did when they tried to invade Crete. Hitler knew there was no chance of success which is why he didn't try. And most importantly Great Britain had one man: we shall not flag or fail. We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.
Hypothetically, if Britain fell during the Battle of Britain, American forces wouldn't have had the English airbases to launch raids from. Germany could then turn its full forces onto Russia. The enigma code would have remained uncracked (let's just presume for the moment that Russian or American forces were unable to capture one of the machines or decode it). Japan would have German allies to aid in bombing raids on America's west coast, along with the equipment the Germans had (V1 and V2 rockets). I don't know much about the history of the atomic bomb so can't guess whether America would have been able to develop and use it in time. If they were able to, it would be in more desperate circumstances and maybe even dropped over Germany as well as Japan. This is all guesswork from someone who hated GCSE history but grew up with an interest in C20 history. If I'm horribly wrong on any of my history, let me know.
Probably everyone in the world would be pasty white, drink lots of beer and have hairy armpits. And by law,we'd have to goose step anyplace we went. And stuff our pants with bratwurst.
But it would have made for some very amusing war footage I'm sure,,, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BYTcIJpJV1M"]VW Schwimmwagen - YouTube
We only got it thanks to captured or defector Nazi scientists mainly, and Germany was a footnote in the war by the time we had one ready. Had their scientists not been captured as they had been after Normandy, we would have never had access to the technology beyond our own "innovative ideas" on fission. Kind of a craps shoot if you ask me.

Fish and chips would be replaced with Sauerkraut and liverwurst , and England might have a decent national soccer team ,and a decent beer for that matter
As my Grandmother said,if the Nazis had won the war and invaded Britain,I mean really tried to take over, the British people would just not have buckled under. We wouldn't have complied.
But Hitler had the remnants of the Ottoman Empire under his wings as well, had he had a longer time to prepare prior to American invasion his Arabic SS Brigades may have already gotten even for the Crusades to some extent.
