I enjoy weightlifting and running. And swimming in the summer time Monday - Triceps and Upper Chest Tuesday - Back and Biceps Wednesday - Legs Thursday - Deltoids and Shoulders Friday - Lower Chest and triceps Saturday - Rest day Sunday - Run
I do 20-30 mins on the cross-trainer about 3 times a week. Deltoids and arse exercises a couple of times a week. Random strolls. Oh yeh, and I do face exercises daily
Where many women ask, "Does my bum look big in this?" I generally wonder, "Do I have an arse in this?!" lol It's getting more shapely which is good.
Every day, monday through friday, I do one hour of exercise any time through out the day, usually at 4:00. I alternate running in place, jumping rope, jumping jacks every five minutes for thirty minutes, then I alternate sit, push ups, and those arm circle things for the next thirty minutes. On the weekends I wake up and jog in the mornings around seven, and then I go back to bed. That is the best time to lucid dream, you know...after waking up and going back to bed. I count that as a mind exercise =D
I'm terrible for not splitting shit into days but it's typicaly 20 min rowing followed by either lat pulldown or bench, then some assortment of SQUATZ, butterfly press that thing you do with the rope for your triceps, seated leg press, seated chest press (if I don't fancy the bench) and all the other things I cant remember the name of. It's all 3x10 oldschool styles. If I'm down with my bro we tend to finish by grabbing some 12 or 14kg dumbbells and having a curls to failure competition. if you ever want to see how to cheat the fuck out of a rep come see us do that, it gets comical.
I walk 50 odd miles a week. Now I'm unemployed I'm in the house with my husband 24/7 so it's my escape for alone time.
both very good ways to keep fit. i try to do some sit ups every two days, mostly i just keep an eye on my diet. i work a lot so that keeps me pretty fit
I do not have any sort of consistent routine. I chase after my two boys and participate in all the fun activities that they enjoy. (baseball, soccer, etc) I also own a wii fit and use it often. I find it very easy to get inspired to work out on that thing... very cool.
I have a small stomach so don't eat too much. I dance everyday like a loon, run after my bepe, laugh, hulla(hoola?), I playfight my sisters ommmm, jump around a lot. I'm always late so always run to where I have to go and have a phat babe to push in the pram
My friend had a wii fit that we were messing around on, and I guess it measured her wrong, because it said she was obese, when she really weights like 105 pounds. She was shocked.
sarah - perhaps she entered her height or soemthing incorrectly. Or perhaps it was a wonky machine. Mine is accurate and the only thing we have for a scale now days.
i live life play hard depends but i used to do 20 miles a dayt just rubnning round town.. spend months climbing mountasins..i think lifting weights in a gymn is so stupid..whjats the point? gaining strength through doing things is 1 thing..but doing nothing just to gain strentgth you never use? piontless (doing notthing i mean just lifting a weight that accomplishes nothying at all lewts see what else..drumming for hours sparring occassionaly ah yea converting trash heap abandoned lots into gardens is a grest workout.. the grounds 80% brick so very hard work.. i dont have a car so rely on muscle power to get wherever i wanna go and very rarely would even take the bus (i can get there faster thgen the bus anyways) i used to do a bit of racing street and track was gonna do s marathon but got bored with that i took gold in every event in my divvision in the regionals years ago the 100 through 1500 meter..but my division hardly had any compatition and not 1 competed in anything over the 400 so the 1500 i wouldsa won no matter how slow..lol really just going to a gathering though once a year is the 1 thing that keeps me in top shape..between the rough terrain and the altitude..ive destroyed a titanium chairethere thats how rough the terain can be..and my shoulders take more abuse then anything...
I use my strenght gained from weightlfiting all the time. I move heavy shit around studios and live sound venues. You sparr? Why sparr if you never fight You're better off gaining sparring skills from actually fighting. Why waste your time in a gym sparring when you can do the real thing? Sounds stupid eh
Im up at 5 every morning....do yoga....butt crunches....and then Im off chasing kids all day...it's exhausting.
