    a rectangle is 1.5 times as long as it is wide. The perimeter of the rectangle is 75 inches. Find the width of the rectangle..

    Well, I just worked it out in my head, not sure If I am right but I came up with 12.5 inches wide.. I haven't done that sort of maths in years sooo....

    I've determined the only thing normal nonstuck on themselves people would use math for is to measure out their drugs... lol

    thats not saying everyone who knows math is stuck on themselves... ok let me rephrase that.. only thing bums like me would use math for would be to measure out drugs... better.... thats how I taught my ex math.. thats sad isnt it..

    2 sides would be 1.5 times as long as 1 side so together they would represent 3/4 of the perimeter.

    Divide 75 by 4 and you've got the width. (I think)
