Beeting the soles of someones feet with a baseball bat when they are pinned down is a good one. The sheer paon can cause blood clots. And who said pain bever killed anyone!

 

bamboo sticks or a sjambok are far superior for working over someones feet, something thin but hard causes more pain because it has less area for the pressure to spread over

 

Torturing people is mean, and not nice, and such.
