Why does it matter ? She cheated on you, she doesnt deserve respect...neither from you, neither from that guy.

depends. if the guy knew she was cheating on you, he's not likely to treat you with any more respect than he did when he boned your wife. that's a one-up on you more than he needs. depends on how he treats you NOW, too. could have been a younger, more stupid you. but odds are in favor of him being a prick of a boss, too.

I disagree. She would immediately seize to be your wife after enjoying a sexual escapade with another guy. To dwell on this and waste your limited time seeking revenge or serving a nasty prison sentence over the said whore would be retarded to say the least.

There are way too many gorgeous woman on Earth that would be ideal (or even superior) replacements. If you invested your time on a woman that seemed to be the 'one' and she turned bad, fuck it!
