    Why don't you do stuff then? Take a walk during the day or something, that's always nice..
    And a healthy diet of course is important.

    soulless - you are talking about endorphines. and he is right, it increases levels of the happy chemicals in your brain. I hope you feel better, i have definitely been there. Just remember "this too shall pass"

    So I take it things didn't go too well between you & hubby about losing your job? I'm sorry. Life sucks doesn't it? The good thing is it doesn't suck 24/7, it actually has it's good moments. Chin up, cheer up. (I'm telling myself this too.) ;)
