im actually feeling like a good grandson tonight...

tomorrow my sister, her man...my brother and i are taking my grandmother out to lunch...a first...and the second time ive seen her in threeish years...i feel pretty good about it...

I don't have any grandmothers left.

What I was planning to do was visit the family graves and tidy them and put flowers in their vases...2 sets of grandparents and my uncle. I want to go alone, though.

I have no idea what to do for my mom and mom-in-law...I am too freaking tired this week to think, since I am still an "active duty" mom...

 

I did that when I went to visit my grandfathers and uncles grave a few months ago but I went with my mum, little sister and brother. I never met my uncle and I never got to go to my grandfathers funeral when he died so it was nice to see their graves.

 

Active duty...lol. Sounds military-esque.

 

My grandma is going to be visiting (her flight lands today) and I figure tomorrow we'll all head over to the nursing home in Amarillo to see my other grandma or something.

 

i just got back actually...she was very happy to see us...it was fun
