I dont like them either...ill never ride in them alone but have learnt to if my boyfriends with me. He taught me how not to panic, because well need to go in a lift to ascend the Eiffel Tower... Its just the idea of not having much air, and having nothing to see but grey metal. Xx
I take it that you folks are not fans of rolercoasters then. a roller coaster at mall near me derailed some years back and killed a bunch of people. a guy I work with was there when it happened, and had body parts land on him.
i got stuck in an elevator when i was four years old.......well not really STUCK. the elevator didnt break down but the door didnt automatically open when it should have (there was a long delay for some reason) and i was in the elevator myself and i freaked out. ever since then ive had a slight fear of them. i still take them but i always feel anxious inside them.
i used to be pissing scared of elevators maybe a few years ago. but then when i was like 11 or 12 i found myself in a situation where i could only take an elevator. so i took it, and it was alright...except for the creepy old pedofile standing maybe and inch away from smelling my hair....
