I'm Going to Vancouver within 4 months

    I heard about Hastings ST. and a coffeshop that sell to only 19 and up(Me being 15). Should I go around wearing a Bob Marley T-Shirt around Vancouver, ask around, or anything, any Vancouver locals can help me out?

    Unless its changed since I was there a few years ago, they coffeshops don't actually sell, but let you smoke as long as you order something. There is always a guy standing right outside selling and he won't card
